First, we walk your yard.
A member of our sales team walks the space with you for 30 to 45 minutes. We listen, talk through what's possible, discuss budget honestly, and tell you what won't work and why. No kitchen-table close.

Get a plan and a fixed price.
Within a week of the walkthrough you get a written plan. What we're building, what materials, what timeline, what it costs. One fixed number. No "hourly plus materials plus we'll see." The price doesn't move unless you change the scope.

Nobody vanishes mid-build.
GreenTree manages every build directly. Our dedicated team is scheduled, supervised, and held to our standard, with a project manager overseeing the day-to-day. Jay joins the pre-project walkthrough and stays involved as the work takes shape.

Most of our projects run $20,000 and up, with the majority over $40,000. Full-yard builds regularly land in six figures. We're built for homeowners doing the project once and doing it right, not for small repairs or service calls.
